CUTTING HEAD LIFTING CYLINDER
In the working system of the tunneling machine, the CUTTING HEAD LIFTING CYLINDER is usually placed near the connection hinge point between the cutting arm and the main body (or the rotating platform) of the tunneling machine. It is connected to the fixed part of the machine body and the cutting arm through the hinge points at both ends, forming a lever-type drive structure. It is the core hydraulic actuating component for controlling the up and down movement of the cutting head. Through the telescopic action, it drives the cutting head to achieve vertical movement adjustment, to meet the requirements of different heights for tunnel excavation, and is a key component to ensure the accuracy and flexibility of the cutting operation.
